Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of hire is payable at the time of booking.
  • On receipt of the deposit the date will be booked and it will become unavailable to any other party. . We guarantee only one booking per day per vehicle.
  • The balance of the cost of hire is to be paid no less than 30 days prior to the date of the event and can be paid by bank transfer, cash or cheque.
  • Dates of booking are not transferable and there will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the booked date. Cancellations must be made in writing prior to this.
  • Adequate journey time will be allowed but American Dream Wedding Cars will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
  • In the event of a breakdown or unavailability of the booked vehicle for whatever reason, we will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle.
  • If we are unable to complete any part of the journey due to breakdown, American Dream Wedding Cars will refund part of the hire fee.
  • No responsibility or liability will be accepted for the loss or damage to passenger's luggage or property.
  • The hirer will be liable for the cost of any repairs to any damage or excess cleaning required to the interior or exterior of the car that is caused by passengers or guests at the wedding.
  • Our cars do not have seat belts so we are unable to transport any children under 3 years of age.
  • Unless otherwise discussed, American Dream Wedding Cars reserve the right to use any images from the event that include their cars.
